We were traveling from Arizona to Kentucky via a wandering route and in late June while stopped for the night in western Ohio, our front air conditioner ceased to function. You need to understand that my wife does not react well to heat and humidity so both of our lives may become miserable. I contacted RV’S R US in Higginsport, Ohio and explained our situation. They understood our situation and responded in superior way. They ordered the correct A/C unit and said they would work on it the next day between 2PM and 4PM. I arrived 30 minutes early and Pat started work on it within 10 minutes. He also replaced the black water valve and while doing that he discovered why my Generator would occasionally stop. This happened to be close to our route but I would go out of my way to have them do work for me again. Please, do yourself a favor and look no further. RVS R US makes owning and maintaining an RV easy with their mobile service. Their personal interest in assisting with and resolving any concern connected with your RV is dramatically different from what you’ll get from the corporate dealerships in your area. These people care and have built their business from scratch….relying upon word of mouth to gain new customers. Their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. They are an authorized repair/maintenance provider by the manufacturers and they really know what they are doing. Give them a try once and you’ll be a customer for the life of your RV ownership.

Patrick and Jennifer have been great to work with from day one.

We have been camping and boating for 10+ years and we have been treated like family. We have used all of the services from the smallest sale, repairs on both our RV and Boat to helping us sell the the boat and RV through the their consignment program. The store was not only in a great location for multiple campgrounds in the area we camped in, but also from the water as you can pull right up to the dock from the Ohio River to access the store. We are taking a break from Camping, however when we start again, we plan on buying a camper through them. Their consignment service is well worth it as they were able to get me over three thousand more for my boat than I expected and were able to sell my camper and get the new owners financing. We will miss them during our break from camping as they watched our kids grow up and stoping at the store was part of our weekend activity even if we just stopped in to say Hi and not buy anything.
